Responsibilities:
- Process payments from dental insurance companies and patients.
- Post payments and adjustments accurately in the billing software.
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for dental services.
- Reconcile payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Follow up on unpaid claims and balances.
- Prepare and submit electronic claims to insurance carriers.
- Maintain organized records of payment transactions.
Requirements:
- 2 years of dental billing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and CDT codes.
- Experience with medical billing software.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
