Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality assurance compliance.
- Engage with vendors and teams on technical specs.
- Manage RMAs and reverse logistics.
- Liaise with teams across Latin America and the USA.
- Facilitate installation and troubleshooting.
- Propose process improvements for supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate on logistics tasks.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/business, 0-2 years experience, strong communication skills, Spanish is a plus.
Location: I-9, Timings: 5 PM to 2 AM, Salary: Up to 90k.
