Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Prima Systems as a Patient Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist patients via phone, email, and chat with their appointment scheduling needs.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain patient records in EMR/EHR systems.
- Verify insurance information.
Requirements:
- 1 year of US-based customer support experience preferred.
- Proficient in EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong English communication skills.
