Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their Umrah travel needs.
- Provide detailed information on Umrah packages.
- Process bookings for flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Assist clients with Umrah visa applications and submissions.
- Design and customize itineraries for a smooth pilgrimage experience.
- Coordinate travel schedules, accommodations, and transfers.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during their journey.
- Gather client feedback to improve future travel packages.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years in the travel industry.
