Job Description

Campaign: Outbound

Salary Range: $35K (plus incentive based on performance)

Requirement: Good English speaking skills.

Job Duties:

– Answer calls professionally

– Respond to customer inquiries

– Handle and resolve customer complaints

– Provide customers with product and service information

– Process orders, forms, and applications

– Identify and escalate priority issues

– Coordinate with departments for follow-up questions

– Generate and follow up on business leads.
