Job Description
OTL Tricon Marketing Pvt Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Urdu Speaking Customer Support Representative. Responsibilities include:
- Answer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide product and service information
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Coordinate follow-ups with the concerned department
- Generate and follow up on business leads
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the line manager
