Job Description:
- Ensure cleanliness of office premises, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as pantry, restrooms, and meeting rooms.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Handle mail and courier services.
- Distribute office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments.
- Perform errands like banking and purchasing supplies.
- Deliver documents and greet visitors.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Prior experience preferred.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
