Job Description: As an RCM Specialist, you will be vital in optimizing and managing our end-to-end revenue cycle of patient accounts, from registration to billing and collections.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize revenue cycle processes for efficiency.
- Implement strategies to reduce payment receipt times.
- Collaborate with departments for accurate billing.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and billing practices.
