Reporting To: Sr. Manager Admin / HR / OPPs
Gender: Female
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of relevant office coordination experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a well-groomed appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
- Manage multiple phone lines and maintain a corresponding log.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure a presentable reception area.
- Track mails and ensure distribution to relevant departments.
- Utilize biometric technology for identification tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
