Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accurate review and processing of medical claims.
- Ensure correct coding of diagnoses and procedures.
- Submit claims to health insurance companies timely.
- Monitor and follow up on claim statuses.
- Record and reconcile payments received.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials.
- Maintain detailed records of claim activities.
- Adhere to healthcare regulations and billing practices.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve queries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 years of experience in claim processing preferred.
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD coding.
- Familiarity with EHR systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
