We are seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer responsible for the operations and maintenance of On-Premise or client-dedicated computing platforms and servers. You will install, maintain, patch, upgrade, and continuously improve the operating environment.
Grade Specific Responsibilities
Your role includes providing maintenance and support for all systems in scope, installing/configuring/testing operating systems, troubleshooting, and conducting incident resolution. You will liaise with other IT teams and third-party vendors, develop and execute patching plans, and identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies.
Skills (Competencies)
Strong technical skills in systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident management are essential.
