Job Description
The Training and Development Specialist prepares students for university credibility and UK visa interviews. You will deliver structured group sessions and one-on-one coaching, conduct mock interviews with practical feedback, design customized interview questionnaires, and teach students to present academic background, study plans, and career goals clearly and professionally. Provide IELTS instruction (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) with lesson plans, mock tests, and speaking simulations. Coordinate with admissions counselors and visa teams, keep training materials compliant with university and UKVI standards, and stay updated on interview and visa regulation changes. Full-time, in-person role based at HIGHER EDUCATION DIRECT.
