Job Description
We are seeking a senior Program Manager to lead localization and emergency response initiatives for global products. You will oversee cross‑functional teams and vendor partners to ensure accurate, on‑time multilingual deliverables while managing schedules, budgets, and quality assurance. In incidents, you will coordinate rapid‑response workflows, establish and maintain SOPs, communicate with stakeholders and authorities, and lead risk assessments and post‑incident reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum 5 years project management experience
- Proven leadership of localization programs and crisis coordination
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
- PMP or related certification preferred
