Job Description
We seek a MEAL Officer to lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning for localized emergency response programs. The role includes designing data collection tools, conducting rapid assessments, analyzing quantitative and qualitative findings, maintaining community feedback mechanisms, and supporting adaptive program decisions.
- Coordinate with field teams and partners to ensure timely, evidence-based improvements
- Prepare clear English reports and recommendations
- Demonstrated experience in humanitarian MEAL and familiarity with localization principles
- Detail-oriented, able to perform under pressure
