Job Description
We are seeking an organized HR and Administration Specialist to oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, benefits administration, and office operations. You will coordinate interviews, maintain HRIS databases, ensure compliance with labor laws, support performance reviews, and assist with training logistics.
- Minimum 2 years HR experience
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strict commitment to confidentiality
