Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Student Counselor to support students’ academic, personal, and career development. The role entails individual and group counseling, course selection and admissions guidance, career planning, accurate student record-keeping, coordination with parents, teachers, and staff, and organizing workshops and orientations to foster emotional well-being.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field; strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathy and trust-building; basic MS Office and data-entry proficiency.
- Preferred: prior counseling experience, active listening, problem solving, time management, and strict confidentiality.
- Full-time, in-person; salary Rs45,00–55,00/month. Benefits include a supportive environment, professional growth, training, and flexible hours.
