Job Description
We seek a confident, fair, and hands-on Salon Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations, lead and mentor staff, enforce SOPs and discipline, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction. The role requires professional handling of complaints and close coordination with reception and senior management to maintain service standards.
- Female candidates with 3+ years of people-management experience (Floor/Salon Manager or Team Lead)
- Bachelor’s degree, strong leadership and communication skills, and calmness under pressure
- Full-time, in-person position. Salary: Rs35,00–45,00/month
