Job Description
Join Jazz Mosafir as a CSR Executive responsible for tele-sales, lead generation, and delivering exceptional customer support. You will make and receive calls, qualify leads, provide accurate product and ticketing information, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Requirements: 1–3 years of customer sales experience; familiarity with travel industry trends and ticketing; proven sales results; excellent communication and interpersonal skills (travel & tourism sales preferred).
