Job Description
We are seeking a Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations, streamline processes, and drive sales across multiple locations. The role includes leading store teams, managing inventory and visual merchandising, ensuring operational compliance, monitoring KPIs, controlling budgets, and enhancing the customer experience.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in retail operations, demonstrated leadership, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Skills: Proficiency with Excel and POS systems, excellent communication; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Expectations: Strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets.
