Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Investment Operations Manager to oversee daily investment operations, ensuring accurate trade settlement, portfolio reconciliations, and effective operational risk controls. The role requires close coordination with portfolio managers, custodians, and counterparties to maintain timely lifecycle processing and regulatory compliance.
- Manage the trade lifecycle, settlements, and exception resolution.
- Design and enforce operational controls, improve workflows, and mitigate risk.
- Lead a small team and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, 5+ years in investment operations, strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, proven leadership, and clear communication abilities.
