Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Accountant, Operations to manage financial reporting, month-end close, cost accounting, budgeting, and internal controls for operational units. Key duties include preparing and reviewing financial statements, analyzing variances, coordinating audits, improving accounting processes and controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred), 5+ years of operational accounting experience, advanced Excel and ERP skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication. Ability to lead projects, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
