Job Description
Mars BPO seeks a proactive Call Center Operator to manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with product and service inquiries, resolve issues, and support sales and lead generation. Suitable for freshers and experienced agents.
- Requirements: minimum secondary education; bachelor’s degree preferred; strong English and local language communication; customer-focused; basic MS Office; ability to meet targets.
- Shift: 6:30 PM–5:00 AM. Location: 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi (in-person).
- Compensation: Rs35,00–45,00/month plus performance incentives, training, career growth, and recognition.
