Job Description
Call Co BPO is seeking a motivated HR Intern for a full-time, on-site night shift. This role is ideal for recent graduates or students seeking practical HR experience. You will support end-to-end recruitment, coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, maintain employee records and HR databases, track attendance, and perform daily HR administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Strong English communication skills
- Basic HR knowledge and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good organizational abilities and willingness to work night shifts
