Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our dermatology sales region. You will oversee Area Sales Managers and field teams, establish and achieve regional sales targets, and develop and execute promotional strategies. Maintain strong relationships with dermatologists and key opinion leaders, monitor market trends and competitors, conduct regular field visits, coach and mentor teams, and drive measurable performance improvements.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 4–5 years pharmaceutical sales experience; 2–3 years managerial experience (dermatology preferred); strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills; willingness to travel.
