Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Utility Maintenance Officer to ensure the safe, reliable operation of building utilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct routine inspections, diagnose faults, coordinate and oversee repairs, and document work orders.
- Support emergency response efforts and liaise with contractors while maintaining strict safety standards.
- Qualifications: vocational or technical certificate in electrical or mechanical fields, minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and valid safety certifications. Reliable, team-oriented candidates preferred.
