Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate to execute sales strategy and achieve targets across Rawalpindi and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). This role will lead, train, and support local sales teams and branch administration (including petty cash), travel the territory to build customer partnerships, and collaborate with head office on strategic initiatives.
- Prepare revenue and expense reports, forecasts, and market intelligence
- Drive lead generation, volume growth, and customer management
- Assist finance with receivables and tender deposits
- Ensure policy compliance and coordinate technical service to deliver excellent customer care
