Job Description
Home Solutions (S. Abdullahome) seeks a Plant HR Manager for its Faisalabad factory. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the position offers a market-competitive salary plus accommodation, meals, and additional benefits.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and alignment with production for workforce optimization and performance.
- Oversee employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, engagement, policies, grievances, compliance, performance management, and HR reporting.
- Requirements: BBA/MBA (HR) or related; 5–7 years progressive HR experience. Experience in ceramics, sanitary ware, or tiles preferred. Strong labor law knowledge, leadership, communication, and analytical skills required.
