Job Description

M/S EUSOL is seeking a dedicated Female Customer Support Executive with excellent spoken and written English to join our on-site team. You will promptly respond to email and chat inquiries, resolve customer issues to ensure high satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of interactions. You will also collaborate with other departments to deliver timely, effective resolutions.

• Prior customer support experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a team environment are required.
• Full-time position; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
