Job Description

We are seeking a Senior UK Taxi Dispatcher to supervise daily fleet operations, coordinate drivers, optimize routes, and ensure timely, safe passenger service across UK regions. The role includes managing schedules, handling complex bookings and escalations, coordinating with operations and technical teams, and analyzing performance metrics to improve efficiency and service quality.

• Requirements: 5+ years of dispatch experience and strong knowledge of UK road networks.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and proficiency with dispatch software.
