Job Description

Benchmark Junior School, GT Road Campus invites applications for a warm, nurturing, and tech‑savvy Female Early Years Teacher (ages 3–6). This full‑time, in‑person position (Rawalpindi GPO) offers Rs40,00–45,00/month.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate literacy, numeracy, and social‑emotional lessons using storytelling, music, art, and play‑based methods.
• Use PowerPoint for visuals, maintain progress and attendance in Excel, and leverage AI tools for lesson preparation and parent communication.
• Foster a safe, inclusive classroom; collaborate with parents and staff; participate in training.

Preferred: Master’s degree and three years of school experience. Must be able to commute/relocate to Rawalpindi GPO and be proficient in English.
