Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. In this entry-level position, you will source and engage software engineering and IT candidates, screen resumes, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and maintain applicant tracking records. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and support the offer process. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, a basic understanding of technical roles, and familiarity with ATS platforms. The role includes structured mentorship, practical training, and opportunities to advance into senior recruiting positions.
