Job Description
Fexart Studios seeks a Business Development Manager to lead a small team of three, drive sales, manage proposals and Upwork bidding, and expand the client pipeline. Hours: 4:00 PM–1:00 AM, Monday–Friday. Full-time, in-person.
- Responsibilities: follow up leads from Upwork, LinkedIn, and inbound channels; coordinate with internal teams; track outreach and conversion metrics; and refine sales processes.
- Requirements: 2–4 years in business development, client management, or sales (design/creative/IT preferred); strong written and verbal communication; organized, proactive, and hands-on with Upwork and LinkedIn; able to thrive in a fast-paced small team.
