Job Description
Confidential company seeks a Manager of Dispatch and Fleet Operations to supervise daily dispatch activities and oversee fleet performance. The role leads a dispatch team, coordinates routes, ensures transport regulatory compliance, manages dispatch procedures, and resolves operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in dispatch/logistics, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Technical: Familiarity with ERP/WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Competencies: Strong organizational skills, accurate documentation, excellent communication, and ability to work under pressure.
Full-time, in-person position. Compensation up to Rs110,00.00 per month.
