Job Description
The District Programme Officer will coordinate and implement district-level programs, working closely with local partners and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance. Responsibilities include planning activities, conducting regular field visits, monitoring project progress and budgets, providing technical assistance and capacity building, and preparing clear, timely reports in line with organizational policies.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in development, social sciences, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of program management experience
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel within the district
