Job Description
Seeking an experienced Lead to oversee daily ice cream production, including mix preparation, pasteurization, homogenization, freezing, and packaging. Ensure product taste, texture, HACCP compliance, and overall food safety while optimizing efficiency, raw material usage, waste reduction, and batch records.
- Supervise and schedule production staff; coordinate with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
- Hands-on operation of equipment and basic mechanical troubleshooting to maintain continuous production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Food/Dairy Technology or Food Science preferred; minimum 5 years in ice cream or dairy production with strong leadership and quality-control experience.
- Full-time, on-site role. Salary: Rs80,00–Rs120,00/month.
