Job Description
Firm Tech Services is seeking full-time Chat Support Agents for on-site positions in Gulberg 2, Lahore. Shifts: Morning (8:00 AM–4:00 PM), Evening (4:00 PM–12:00 AM), Night (12:00 AM–8:00 AM). Salary: Rs35,00–Rs45,00 per month. Experience preferred.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and guide effective use of features.
- Monitor social media complaints and coordinate with relevant departments.
