Job Description
Webbuggs seeks a results-driven Upwork Lead Generation Specialist to consistently source qualified leads on Upwork. You will identify relevant projects, evaluate job posts, shortlist high-potential clients, maintain lead records, and coordinate with Business Development and Sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Requirements: proven Upwork lead-generation experience, understanding of Upwork algorithms and bidding strategies, excellent written English, familiarity with web/app/software/game development, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Preferred: experience with software houses, CRM proficiency, and ability to work independently during night shifts.
