Job Description
We seek a Compliance Officer to ensure the company complies with applicable laws and internal policies. The role includes developing and maintaining compliance programs, monitoring regulatory changes, conducting risk assessments and internal audits, performing AML/KYC reviews, investigating incidents, delivering staff training, and coordinating with regulators.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in compliance or risk management.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, excellent analytical and communication skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Work style: Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
