Job Description
Country Club Travels and Tours is hiring a full-time, in-person Umrah Customer Support Representative based at RJ Mall, Rashid Minhas Road (near Millennium Mall), Karachi. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries; explain Umrah packages, inclusions, pricing, visa procedures, hotels, transportation, and travel dates; assist clients with documentation; and coordinate bookings, visas, tickets, and hotel confirmations.
- Provide pre-departure guidance, maintain accurate records, follow up leads, and resolve client concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Uphold Islamic etiquette, respect, and professional conduct at all times.
- Requirements: strong communication skills in Urdu and English; prior Umrah experience preferred.
