Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Cost Controller to support financial oversight of production operations. You will analyze production costs, variances, and inventory valuation; prepare monthly reports, forecasts, and budgets; and develop KPIs and dashboards to drive cost reduction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and finance to investigate variances, maintain standard costing, and recommend process improvements.
- Utilize ERP systems, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 2+ years in manufacturing controlling or cost accounting; strong analytical and communication skills.
