Job Description
We are seeking an E-Commerce Accounts Executive to manage seller accounts, optimize product listings, and increase sales across online marketplaces. The role involves maintaining and improving listings, monitoring performance metrics, coordinating promotions, resolving order and customer issues, and collaborating with marketing and logistics to achieve targets.
- Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 1–3 years of e-commerce or account management experience.
- Skills: proficiency with marketplace tools, strong analytical capability, excellent written and verbal communication, and keen attention to detail.
