Job Description
Ethisol seeks an experienced Online Sales Coordinator to manage customer interactions via WhatsApp Business and online chat. Your primary responsibilities will include converting inquiries into sales, maintaining chat and lead records, coordinating with internal teams, and consistently meeting performance targets.
- Experience: 6 months–2 years in online sales, chat support, or customer service
- Skills: strong written and verbal English, persuasion and negotiation, familiarity with WhatsApp Business and digital tools, basic computer literacy
- Compensation: Rs20,00–Rs30,00/month plus commission and performance incentives
