Job Description
Tech Hub Software Solution seeks full-time Chat Support Officers for its Gulberg 2, Lahore office. Candidates with customer chat experience are preferred; entry-level applicants are welcome. Three shifts are available: Morning (8:00 AM–4:00 PM), Evening (4:00 PM–12:00 AM), and Night (12:00 AM–8:00 AM). Responsibilities include promptly responding to customer inquiries, identifying user needs and guiding feature usage, and monitoring social media complaints while coordinating with internal teams.
