Job Description
eServMD, a leading healthcare services company, seeks a detail-oriented Patient Help Desk Representative to join our Islamabad team. This full-time, in-person role (Park Road, Islamabad) supports patient and physician scheduling, coordinates appointments with the front desk, manages reschedules and cancellations, and follows client-specific procedures and software. Shift: 6:00 PM–3:00 AM.
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior U.S. healthcare experience as a Patient Scheduler preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across teams
