Job Description
We are seeking a Zonal Manager, Seeds to lead sales and distribution efforts across a designated zone. The role requires developing and executing growth strategies, managing budgets and inventory, ensuring product availability, and fostering strong relationships with farmers and distributors. You will coordinate with R&D and operations to uphold quality and regulatory compliance while coaching field teams to achieve targets.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Business; 5+ years in seeds/agribusiness with proven leadership.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities; results-driven and customer-focused.
- Other: Frequent travel required; demonstrated capability to coach teams and deliver sales targets.
