Job Description
Punjab Oil Mills Ltd is seeking an Associate Machine Learning Engineer to build a data-driven forecasting platform. Responsibilities include collecting and cleaning global datasets, creating ingestion pipelines, standardizing time-series, preparing ML-ready features, and conducting baseline forecasting experiments. You will collaborate directly with the project lead and work with Python, public APIs, CSV/JSON, and Excel.
- Required: strong Python and Excel skills, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with APIs and time-series data.
- Preferred: familiarity with SQL and core machine learning concepts.
- Contract: 3–6 months (renewable); flexible hours; remote or hybrid arrangement.
