Job Description
Principal:
The principal leads the school in all academic and administrative areas, ensuring a positive learning environment, academic excellence, and efficient daily operations. This role requires strong leadership, effective management of staff and resources, and building strong relationships with the school community.
Experience:
- 2,3 years of experience in educational leadership, with a proven track record in school administration.
- Strong understanding of both academic and administrative operations within a school.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in education or educational leadership.
- Proven experience in school administration.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to staff and students, fostering academic success.
- Oversee curriculum development, school policies, and daily operations.
- Manage budgets, facilities, and resource allocation.
- Support student well-being, discipline, and extracurricular programs.
- Build positive relationships with parents, community members, and educational authorities.
