Job Description
The Finance Executive will prepare and issue CAM (Common Area Maintenance) invoices via the CRM to residents and owners, monitor recoveries, track defaulters, and generate recovery and variance reports. The role includes maintaining payment records, supporting CAM reconciliations, identifying billing discrepancies, coordinating CRM/ERP enhancements and testing with the Technology team, and achieving monthly KPIs. Location: Lahore.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 1–2 years in accounts, billing, or property management
- Skills: Strong Excel and communication skills; familiarity with CRM/ERP; ability to work independently and collaboratively
