Job Description
Healthrix seeks an experienced Insurance Verification Specialist to join our Lahore office. In this full-time, in-person night-shift role you will verify patient insurance and demographics, confirm eligibility and coverage with patients and care teams, ensure timely charge entry, and resolve front-desk (US) queries and AR denials related to coding or charge submission.
Responsibilities include maintaining HIPAA compliance, supporting colleagues with email and daily operational issues, and performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 1–2 years relevant (eligibility verification preferred)
- Skills: strong written and verbal communication, MS Office proficiency, professional appearance, task prioritization
- Open to all qualified candidates; Salary: Rs60,00–Rs100,00/month
