Job Description
Tech Solution Pro is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to independently expand client acquisition via Upwork (LinkedIn optional). This full-time, onsite role is based in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads; prepare persuasive, tailored proposals.
- Manage and optimize the Upwork profile, portfolio, and bidding strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track bid performance and implement improvements to increase conversion rates.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of Upwork bidding experience for IT/digital services, deep understanding of Upwork algorithms and proposal techniques, excellent written/verbal communication, self-motivated, strategic, and target-oriented. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Competitive base pay Rs80,00–Rs100,00/month plus performance incentives. Clear career growth opportunities.
